Nick Chiarmonte
Founder & Principle
Nick Chiarmonte is an 18-year-old innovative entrepreneur and leader in real estate and digital marketing. Balancing his passion for tennis and academics (graduating high school with a 4.3 GPA and serving as president of DECA), Nick chose to pursue real-world experience with Alex Love Li instead of attending college. At the age of 16, he co-founded Legends U, Inc. and Legends Equity Group alongside Alex. Together, they’ve grown a thriving community of over 3,000 members from across the country. As a General Partner at Legends Equity Group, Nick oversees a commercial real estate portfolio of 500 units. His marketing expertise has also helped Alex grow his Instagram following from 600 to 100K and his email list from 60 to over 3,100, generating more than $500K in revenue in just one year.
At just 12 years old, he published three games on the Apple App Store, having already developed a passion for creating short films. This deep curiosity and love for learning have always driven him. Nick firmly believes in staying curious and never stopping in the pursuit of knowledge. In addition to his work in real estate, Nick is the founder of Secrets to Social Media, a community of like-minded entrepreneurs focused on growing their online influence. Through this platform, Nick teaches expert strategies and provides hands-on support to help members implement these strategies directly into their business. Beyond his own business ventures, Nick is dedicated to mentoring the next generation. Every Monday, he mentors teens alongside Alex in the Legends Teen Mastermind program, inspiring them to take action toward financial freedom through entrepreneurship. His mission is to show teens an alternative path to the traditional college route and to help parents empower their children to become future leaders.
With a bright future ahead, including a seat as the future CEO of Legends U, Inc and a personal goal to one day own a private jet, Nick’s journey is a testament to his unwavering commitment to growth, education, mentorship, and innovation.
